Injection Site: Corrugator muscle/procerus muscle(forehead wrinkles), orbicularis oculi muscles(eye wrinkles), pre-tarsal orbicularis oculi(to treat blepharospasm), masseter muscle(jaw), platysma muscle(neck), dermis(skin).
Application Areas: Treatment of blepharospasm. Improvement of glabellar lines, eye wrinkles, neck wrinkles and other facial wrinkles. Relaxation of jaw muscles to provide a slimmer jawline. Reduction of pore size to provide a smoother skin appearance.
Maintenance Period: Several months (depends on individual).

What is Liztox 200 Unit?
Liztox 100 U is a korean botox that is made of highly-purified clostridium botulinum toxin type A. Liztox 100 U is used for the correction and preventive care of mimic wrinkles. Liztox 100 U is composed of botulinum toxin type A, 0.5mg human serum albumin and 0.9mg sodium chloride.
Characteristics of Liztox 200 Unit
Liztox 200 Unit is a Korean toxin that is used to temporarily improve moderate to severe glabellar lines related to the eyebrow wrinkle muscle (corrugator muscle) and/or the procerus muscle activity. Liztox 100 U can also be used to correct other wrinkles on the face and neckline. It can also be used in the treatment of hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating) and blepharospasm (uncontrolled blinking or eyelid movement). The age group that can receive Liztox 100 Unit treatment are adults aged 16 to 65. Since botulinum toxin is metabolized very fast by the organism, the effects become visible within 3 to 7 days after the procedure. Aesthetic effects last several months, depending on the individual’s metabolism.Liztox 100 Unit should be dissolved in sterile, preservative-free 0.9% sodium chloride solution, after which it can be injected in the desired areas.
How to Use Liztox 200 Unit
Preparation process before injection procedure using Liztox 200 Unit
1. Take out Liztox 200 Unit from the refrigerator
2. Before using Liztox 200 Unit, check if there are any irregularities in the product’s appearance. This product is a white freeze-dried powder in a colorless and transparent vial
3. After filling an appropriate-sized needle with an appropriate amount of sterile, preservative-free 0.9% sodium chloride solution, slowly introduce the solution into the vial. Dilute to 200 U/2.5ml (4 U/0.1ml). Check the concentration using the following table.
4. Liztox 200 U should only be mixed with sodium chloride solution. Do not mix with other types of solutions or products. If the product bubbles up or is strongly agitated, the product’s properties change or become denatured. Therefore, make sure to slowly introduce the sodium chloride solution
5. After Liztox 200 U is dissolved in the sodium chloride solution, it should be injected into the patient within 24 hours. If the mixture is not injected into the patient immediately, store in the refrigerator at 2 ~ 8ºC. Even if the mixture is stored in the refrigerator, it should still be injected in the patient within 24 hours. Also, write on the label the date and time of when the product was dissolved.After dissolving, the product should be transparent, and should not contain any abnormal substances. If the product changes color or if foreign materials are detected, do not use this product and discard immediately.
6. Liztox 200 U does not contain any preservatives. It is not recommended to use 1 vial for more than 1 patient. After usage, the remaining product should be discarded.
7. Since each botulinum toxin product may be manufactured with a different toxin unit, the toxin unit of one product cannot be converted to the unit of another product.
