What is Fiosome?

‌How to use Fiosome:

After blending vial 1 (Pure Exosome Powder) and vial 2 (HA Activator) tenderly, apply the mixed solution properly onto each facial area.

‌How to administer Fiosome using MTS derma roller

1 . Cleanse and disinfect the target area
2. Numb the target area using anesthetic cream
3. Choose the appropriate MTS derma roller needle length
4. While applying a slight pressure, roll the MTS derma roller in one direction
5. Repeat in vertical, horizontal, and diagonal directions
6. After rolling is completed, apply the skin booster serum. Alternatively, the serum may be applied before the rolling process.
7. Do not apply other skin care or makeup until the next day
8. Make sure to protect the skin as the skin will be sensitive after using the MTS derma roller. It is advised to apply sunscreen and to moisturize the skin sufficiently.

WARNING: Do NOT use MTS derma roller vigorously or more than once daily unless prescribed by a certified professional

Recommended MTS derma roller needle length
0.25mm: Shallow scars and fine lines
~0.5mm: Mild Acne scars and wrinkles
~1.0mm: Moderate acne scars, wrinkles, and stretch marks
~1.5mm: Deep scars, wrinkles, and stretch marks
~2.5mm: Very deep scars

MTS derma roller with a needle length of 0.5mm or longer should ONLY be used by a trained professional.

Application frequency
1 session per week (if using an MTS derma roller with a short 0.25mm needle length)
1 vial per session
Additional sessions may be scheduled if deemed suitable for the patient
WARNING: Using an MTS derma roller with a longer needle (0.5mm or longer) requires more down time. Wait a few weeks before proceeding with additional sessions. Downtime will depend on the needle length.

Recommended frequency based on needle length
~0.25mm: Daily or every other day
~0.5mm: Once a week
~1.0mm: Once every 2 weeks
~1.5mm: Once every 3-4 weeks
~2.0mm: Once every 5 weeks
~2.5mm: Once every 6 to 8 weeks

Certified professionals may adjust certain parts of the procedure if deemed suitable to the patient’s condition.

Recommended Treatment:

A total of 5 sessions is recommended, at least 3 treatments are recommended.

Every 2 weeks, after 5 sessions, maintenance is recommended every 6 months.

The effect of the treatment varies depending on the individual, but you can start to feel the change in your skin 2~3 days after the treatment. - Depending on the sensitivity of the skin, the next treatment will be carried out after the skin has fully recovered.
